DMCA Notice

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A statement by you, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside of the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal courts in the United States.
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may reinstate the removed or disabled material.
